Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TrokAI. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TrokAI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TrokAI ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. TrokAI may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

TrokAI provides an AI-powered chat interface at trok-ai.com. The Service is offered in a free tier with limited daily usage and a paid Pro tier with expanded access, including image uploads. The features of each tier and the limits applied to them may change at any time at TrokAI's sole discretion, including when needed to keep the Service available.

3. Pricing and Subscription

TrokAI Pro is available as a monthly subscription. The current price is displayed on the subscription page at the time of purchase. TrokAI may change the price of any plan, introduce new plans, or discontinue existing plans at any time. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. It is your responsibility to check current pricing before subscribing or renewing.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize TrokAI to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management portal. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Pro Token

When you subscribe to TrokAI Pro, you receive a unique Pro Token (an 8-character code; tokens issued before September 2026 are 6 digits). The token unlocks Pro on any device. You are solely responsible for keeping it secure and confidential, and TrokAI is not liable for any unauthorized use of your token. If you lose it, you can manage your subscription through Stripe's billing portal using your email address, or contact us at admin@trok-ai.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TrokAI to create, request, upload, or share content, including images, that:

• sexualizes minors in any way, including in fiction or role-play;
• is sexually explicit;
• provides instructions for weapons, explosives, malware, hacking, fraud, scams, or other serious harm;
• threatens, promotes, or glorifies violence or terrorism;
• harasses, bullies, or demeans people, including hate speech based on protected characteristics;
• exposes private information about another person or helps stalk or track them; or
• is otherwise illegal.

You also agree not to try to bypass or disable TrokAI's safety systems (for example with "jailbreak" prompts or role-play framing), not to access the Service with bots, scripts, or other automated means, not to evade usage limits or suspensions (for example by rotating IP addresses), not to resell or provide access to the Service to others, and not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt unauthorized access to any system.

6. Automated Moderation and Enforcement

Every message and image you send and every response TrokAI generates is screened by an automated AI safety system before it is processed or shown. Content that violates these Terms is blocked. Repeated violations result in a temporary suspension of access from your network and, for Pro subscribers, your subscription. Any attempt to obtain or share content that sexualizes minors results in an immediate suspension and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

TrokAI may refuse any request and may restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, with or without notice. Automated systems can make mistakes; if you believe your access was restricted in error, contact admin@trok-ai.com.

7. AI Responses

Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice. You are responsible for how you use any response. You may use responses for personal or commercial purposes, but TrokAI makes no guarantees about their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and code on TrokAI are the property of TrokAI and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrokAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or reliable. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrokAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if TrokAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to the Service

TrokAI may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including features, availability, pricing, and usage limits, with or without notice. TrokAI shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
