By using TrokAI ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. TrokAI reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
TrokAI provides an AI-powered chat interface accessible via trok-ai.com. The Service is offered in both a free tier with limited daily usage and a paid Pro tier with expanded access. The features available in each tier, as well as the limitations applied to the free tier, are subject to change at any time at TrokAI's sole discretion.
TrokAI Pro is available as a monthly subscription. The current price is displayed on the subscription page at the time of purchase. TrokAI reserves the right to change the price of any subscription plan, introduce new plans, or discontinue existing plans at any time and without prior notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. It is your responsibility to check the current pricing before subscribing or renewing.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize TrokAI to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Upon subscribing to TrokAI Pro, you will receive a unique 6-digit Pro Token. This token is used to authenticate your Pro status across devices. You are solely responsible for keeping your token secure and confidential. TrokAI is not liable for any unauthorized use of your token. If you lose your token, you may contact us at admin@trok-ai.com for assistance.
You agree not to use TrokAI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service. TrokAI reserves the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
All content, branding, logos, and code on TrokAI are the property of TrokAI and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission. AI-generated responses produced through the Service may be used by you for personal or commercial purposes, but TrokAI makes no guarantees regarding their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
TrokAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or reliable. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrokAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if TrokAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
TrokAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including features, availability, pricing, and access limits, with or without notice. TrokAI shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
