At TrokAI, your privacy is a core part of what we do — not an afterthought. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it. By using TrokAI, you agree to the practices described here.
TrokAI does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers simply from using the chat. Your conversations are not stored on our servers. Once your session ends, your chat history is gone. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.
If you subscribe to TrokAI Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect your email address, billing details, and payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. TrokAI only receives a Stripe customer ID and a generated Pro Token — we do not receive or store your card details.
We store your Pro Token in our database (Upstash Redis) solely to verify your subscription status. This token is a randomly generated 6-digit number and is not linked to any personal information on our end.
We may collect basic, anonymous usage data such as the number of requests made to our servers. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used only to monitor service performance and prevent abuse.
TrokAI uses your browser's local storage to remember your Pro Token, dark mode preference, and daily free usage count. This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers except when verifying your subscription status. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or site data.
The only information we use is your Pro Token to verify that your subscription is active. Your chat messages are sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses and are subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. We do not log, store, or review your chat messages.
TrokAI uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy which governs how they handle data.
OpenAI — processes your chat messages to generate AI responses. See openai.com/privacy.

Resend — sends transactional emails such as your Pro Token delivery. See resend.com/privacy.
Vercel — hosts the TrokAI website and serverless functions. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Upstash — stores Pro Token and subscription data. See upstash.com/privacy.
Google Adsense — displays ads on TrokAI. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our site or other sites. See google.com/policies/privacy/partners
TrokAI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used our Service in a way that raises privacy concerns, please contact us at admin@trok-ai.com.
We take reasonable steps to protect the limited data we store. Pro Tokens are stored in a secure database and are only used to verify subscription status via Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because TrokAI collects minimal data and requires no account, there is very little personal data for us to provide or delete. If you subscribed to TrokAI Pro and wish to have your token and associated Stripe customer ID removed from our system, contact us at admin@trok-ai.com and we will process your request promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of TrokAI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
